With more than two decades of operational and management experience in the healthcare industry and a previous business owner, Ray was attracted to the long-term care insurance industry due to a personal experience in his own family.

Since 2000, Ray has dedicated his entire career to educating the consumer on financial protection for the senior market.Ray has become an acknowledged sales achiever and continues to be a student of long-term care insurance and other senior market products.

Ray and his Wife, Doris reside in Northern Virginia. They have five children between them and two grandchildren. Doris is also in the insurance industry working in the P&C market, specializing in homeowners insurance at the present time. Together, they are active in their own lives as well as the community they live in.
